Throughout the years, I've always wondered what it would be like to have a podcast. Over the past year, I have always listened to podcast when I am walking or when I am at the gym. I honestly can say I think it clears my mind and lets me get in a better workout while taking in information or listening to peoples thoughts and opinions.
So basically I learned how to make one and got to recording and its out on all streaming platforms. The podcast is called Elevate Yourself and I try and put out a new episode every week. With my other work going on right now & the holidays, it has been hard to get things done on time.
