How It Works:

After purchasing,  you will then get a confirmation email that you have been accepted to the program. Shortly after, I will send you another email containing the private link that gives you access to download the mobile app and set up your account. Woohoo!  Game on!

I will then add your exercise program to your calendar and load it into your new app where you can access it from anywhere! Each exercise in the program will include a video detailing proper form and execution. Sets, reps, and rest times will all be laid out in an easy-to-follow format. No more walking into a gym, not knowing what to do, and going straight for the cardio equipment that you always use! Who said the gym has to be boring? All of my clients go into the gym, pull out their app, and have their workout of the day right in front of them. It is really that simple.

FLEXIBILITY

Your program is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So, no matter when you want to work out, your program will be there to guide you. Do you want to exercise at a gym? Go ahead. How about at home with your own equipment? That’s fine too. On a trip away from your regular routine but still want to get some exercise in? That’s great! No matter where you are, no matter what you’re doing, your program is there for you.

CONVENIENCE

Working around your own schedule and your trainer’s schedule to make sure you’re getting your session in sometimes is hard to commit to.  But with an online training program, you can train whenever and wherever you like! You don’t need to work around your trainer’s schedule, and you don’t need to reschedule anything! After each month of progress, Emily will reach out and collect next month's pay for personal training if the client wants to continue on a monthly basis.
