This workout guide is packed with 4 weeks worth of workouts that are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and a big burn going in under 30 minutes. Most of the moves included in this guide require a gym, but they also range from bleacher workouts to bodyweight track sessions.
I've thrown in a lot of different moves and ideas that you will be able to add to your weekly gym routine. This program will be very challenging, but keep in mind that once you download it, it is yours to keep and continue to work on whenever you want. Each exercise includes a video demo, by yours truly. So when following along, click on the exercises (they are linked) to each video.
Each week you will add three of the workouts to your exercise routine and keep pushing through for a total of four weeks.
